Flavio Valle is Managing Director and Head of Latin America. Mr. Valle has over 18 years of expertise in infrastructure projects, cross-border transactions, project finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions. Within the past decades, Mr. Valle has helped to develop, acquire and sell a series of large-scale infrastructure projects in Latin America, such as GNA-Gas Natural do Açu (the largest thermal power park in Latin America with 3GW operational), Vast (the largest private oil terminal in LatAm, performing over 900kb of ship to ship operations per day), the Port of Açu (Brazil’s largest industrial port complex), Ferroport (an 30mtpy iron-ore export terminal in Brazil) and Quintero LNG (regas terminal in Chile). Prior to joining Prumo, Mr. Valle was a partner at Law firm Veirano Advogados. Mr. Valle has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), an Executive MBA (GMP) from Harvard Business School and an LLM from FGV/Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
