Ms. Harnmeijer is a Senior Vice President and member of the investment team. Prior to joining EIG in 2026, Liz was a member of the investment team at Generate, focused on corporate equity investments and portfolio management of renewable power infrastructure companies. She was part of Tesla’s Business Operations team. She began her career at McKinsey, supporting upstream clients in M&A as well as building industrial decarbonization consortia in EMEA. Ms. Harnmeijer holds a BSc. degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, a dual Masters in Energy Policy from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford University.
