Pooneh Hosseininoosheri is a Vice President and member of the investment team at EIG. Prior to joining EIG in 2026, she was a member of Scotiabank’s Energy Investment Banking group, where she focused on technical due diligence, reservoir engineering, and valuation analysis across a broad range of upstream and midstream energy transactions. Before her investment banking experience, Ms. Hosseininoosheri held reservoir engineering roles at ExxonMobil and Marathon Oil, supporting both domestic and international assets. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in reservoir characterization, asset evaluation, development planning, and strategic transaction analysis. Ms. Hosseininoosheri holds a M.S., and Ph.D. in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
